Great summer recipe, perfect as an appetizer!
4 fresh speckle trout fillets
3 Roma tomatoes
1 small white onion
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1 Serrano pepper (remove seeds)
Celery salt, lemon pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce.
Cut fillets in to small pieces as the size of dime, little squares, cut limes and squeeze the juice,of course, putting everything in a large bowl, mix up fish and juice and put in refrigerator for 4 hours and every hour pull out of fridge and mix up fish and juice.4 hours layers add chopped up veggies and then add a couple of sprinkles of celery salt and lemon pepper, then add 4 tablespoons of ketchup and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce mix up all together and last ingredient is dice avocados at least one.. Eat with crackers and add Tabasco and a Cold Beer!! Mmmm Mmm...Enjoy!!
